Join us on a magical panto adventure starting in the Village of Tumbledown. As well as the old woman who lives in the shoe, meet a beautiful princess, a wicked witch, a hilarious jester and even Mother Goose!

This year the show is being produced/directed by Kieron Layton and Philip Kenyon who are filling in for Lauren our
usual panto producer while she is on maternity leave.

Kieron and Philip have been working hard over the last few months to get all the elements together that will make a show to remember. The cast have been excited to be up
on stage again rehearsing and to see each other after such a long hiatus. Make sure to buy your tickets soon! Tickets can be purchased here.

Welcome to Centre Stage! We are an amateur musical group in Eaglescliffe that has been running for over 20 years.

As a group we:

  • Are welcoming and friendly
  • Provide a place for people of all ages and abilities to come together and enjoy the theatre
  • Support people to build relationships with each other and make new friends
  • Help build the confidence and theatre skills of our members
  • Provide accessible and good quality entertainment for our local community

We are not elitist or judgemental and we embrace diversity. You don’t have to be a talented singer, actor or dancer to be a part of the group and we try our best to ensure everybody who wants to perform, makes it onto the stage.

The group is a section of Egglescliffe Community Centre, which is a registered charity. This means that Centre Stage operates within the constitution of the community centre and is not a stand-alone group in its own right.
